Grace Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) is an organization that provides our elderly with full range of health care, rehabilitative, social services, balanced meals and transportation. Grace ADHC is an approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.

Participants spend quality time with people of similar age and background and participate in therapeutic recreational and social activities that encourage healthy, independent lifestyle. Above all, this service is totally FREE for the qualified Medi-Cal recipients.

The entire program cost may be covered by Medi-Cal, Managed Health Plan, VA, or LTC Insurances. A sliding scale fee is charged to participants who are not covered by Medi-Cal (Private Pay).
