Nutrition Services Include:
Grace Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) is an organization that provides our elderly with full range of health care, rehabilitative, social services, balanced meals and transportation. Grace ADHC is an approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.
Participants spend quality time with people of similar age and background and participate in therapeutic recreational and social activities that encourage healthy, independent lifestyle. Above all, this service is totally FREE for the qualified Medi-Cal recipients.

Free Language Assistance Services for LEP Participants
Grace Adult Day Health Care is committed to ensuring that all individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) have access to free language assistance services. These services are designed to help participants communicate effectively and fully participate in program activities.
Participant Rights
All participants have the right to request interpretation or translation services at no cost. Language assistance is provided to ensure everyone has equal access to information and services.
Available Languages
Language assistance services are available in English, Spanish, Farsi, Chinese, and other languages upon request. Our goal is to accommodate the diverse linguistic needs of our participants.

There is no fee for language assistance services. Grace Adult Day Health Care is dedicated to supporting all participants in overcoming language barriers and accessing the care they need.
