Special Board of Advisors Team

Graces Special Board members, Aurora Cepeda and Fay Dadvar, offer over 45 years of combined experience.

Aurora Cepeda has 15 years of experience with the Mexican American Community Services Agency (MACSA). She is currently holding the Program Director position in MACSA Adult Day Health Care Center. In this position, she is administering the ADHC program in accordance with Title 22 State regulations and establishing policies. She develops and manages the program and resources to assure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Fay Dadvar is highly dedicated professional with over 25 years of extensive experience working with elderly as Counselor and Case Manager/Social Worker. Fay is pursuing her PHD in Psychology and is currently a Sr. Care Manager at the Santa Clara Council on Aging. Fay is totally familiar with all the resources and agencies available for elderly in the Santa Clara County. She speaks three languages and her experience in working with multi-cultural elderly population is an asset to Grace Adult Day Health Care Center.
